What are your rates?
JIM'S Inc. does not quote prices over the phone. We will send a technician to your home to provide you with an estimate. There is a $49 estimate fee that will be waived if you have the estimated work done. For some jobs our tech may need to diagnose your system before we can provide you with an estimate. If there is a need for diagnostic work the rate for this will be agreed on before we begin. JIM'S Inc. will never surprise you with a huge bill: you'll know the price of the work before we start, so you know what you’re getting and what you will owe.
What are your office hours?
Appointments can be scheduled by calling us between 8am and 4pm, weekdays. You may also call us any time for emergency service.
Will you call to confirm my appointment?
No. We give you an appointment and arrive on time, every time, or the call is free (up to $100). JIM’S Inc. is proud of our appointment policy: we tell you exactly when we’ll be there, unlike other companies that make you wait through a four or eight hour window. We respect that our clients are busy and we do everything we can to make your experience, easy, fast, and professional.
Will you bill me?
No. Payment must be made on completion of the job by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).

HVAC Maintenance Agreement:
Our HVAC plan costs $595 for three years. If you have more than one system in your home the first is $595 and each system after that will cost $330. The program includes six trips to your home which you may schedule at your convenience:
- One trip each spring - Where your air conditioning system will be checked for cleanliness and proper operation for three years.
- One trip each fall - Where your furnace will be checked for cleanliness and proper operation for three years.
